Who doesn’t love ice cream? It’s a delicious dessert that everyone has probably loved since they were a little kid. Today there are so many flavors to choose from. I was just on vacation in Florida and I had carrot cake flavored ice cream, and it was amazing. When I go to get Fro-Yo, I always go straight to the cake batter flavor. The same goes for eating ice cream; if I see the flavor cake batter, I will immediately get it. However, like most desserts, ice cream is not good for you to eat at all. While it may taste good, the health side of the delicious treat is not that great. But, here’s the great part, I have found a recipe for healthier cake batter flavored ice cream that you can make right in your own kitchen!
With only four ingredients, this ice cream sounds like it would be absolutely amazing to eat. All you need to make this is boxed cake mix, diet soda, fat free whipped topping, and fat free sweetened condensed milk. Mix these all together, put it in the freezer, and a few hours later you will have a deliciously amazing ice cream that won’t make you feel guilty about eating it afterwards!
